Description

This pewter plate is dedicated to another work of art by the artist Albrecht Dürer. Specifically, the woodcut the "Holy Tree Kings".

The finely crafted motif and the wonderful details transport one to the time of Jesus' birth. The viewer sees the mother Mary surrounded with the 3 Magi and the child Jesus Christ.

The large 12 cm motif decorates the entire center of the plate. The discreet rim of the plate wraps around the motif and draws the eye to the work of art.
